STARTING A PRACTICE

Rodney Dowell, Director of LOMAP, has experience starting and managing two law offices in two states.  In addition, as a litigator who worked as defense counsel on numerous attorney malpractice cases, advocated in insurance coverage disputes, and represented employers in employment litigation, he is intimately familiar with the issues facing attorneys, and how office management issues result in increased risk, increased stress, and negatively impacts an attorneys income.  He will consult with attorneys, those that are just out of school and those leaving other firms, to establish a law office that complies with ethical requirements, increases efficiency, and reduces risk to the attorney.
