Communication Guidelines That Create Better, Happier Clients [Webinar]

Today’s clients want to be regarded as equal partners in the resolution of their legal issues. They want to understand their options and participate in the process that solves their problem. And when you create the right framework for your clients’ participation, your own experience working on their cases improves too.

This webinar will explain how to establish communication guidelines that set client expectations and provide a roadmap for participation, including:

  • Agreeing to a checklist of communication preferences
  • Creating a project budget and agreement as to how often the client wishes to updated
  • Adopting “literacy protocols” for all client-oriented written materials
  • Communicating progress in invoices

About the Expert

Carol Schiro Greenwald, PhD works with her clients to create pragmatic strategies that generate business as expeditiously as possible by focusing on the best opportunities for growth. Using marketing techniques, business development strategies and business intelligence research she helps professionals focus on their primary clients and build their practice around them.
