MY GREAT LIFE EXERCISE
Find the exercise on My Great Life (here), mentioned during the webinar Q&A. It speaks to goal setting, but it requires some deep thinking to get clarity around those goals. Ideally, it should be completed from left to right – starting with the big picture of your life and working down to what you are going to DO in the next 90 days to achieve those things. Nora tells her clients to think of it as a brainstorming tool – you don’t need to fill in every box.
