Feedback is uniquely valuable both to give and receive. This program will address how to both give and receive feedback in such a way as to enhance relationships and achieve excellence:
- 7 key factors for giving effective feedback,
- Examples from 3 of the most challenging subjects for feedback (personal habits, legal analysis, and attitude), and
- Tips for creating a firm culture that encourages both collegiality and constructive feedback
The second half will address how to ask for feedback in a meaningful way from your colleagues, staff and clients. Anna will offer recommendations for setting the stage, specific questions to ask and frameworks for analyzing, and possibly implementing, the feedback.
