How to Use Feedback for a More Successful Law Practice [Webinar]

In this edition of Webinars for Busy Lawyers, Anna Rappaport will give you the tools to leverage feedback more effectively as a lawyer – in 32 minutes.

For all the noise in 2017, feedback is uniquely valuable both to give and receive.

This program will address how to both give and receive feedback in such a way as to enhance relationships and achieve excellence:

  • 7 key factors for giving effective feedback,
  • Examples from 3 of the most challenging subjects for feedback (personal habits, legal analysis, and attitude), and
  • Tips for creating a firm culture that encourages both collegiality and constructive feedback

The second half will address how to ask for feedback in a meaningful way from your colleagues, staff and clients. Anna will offer recommendations for setting the stage, specific questions to ask and frameworks for analyzing, and possibly implementing, the feedback.
