How to Use Feedback for a More Successful Law Practice [Webinar]

In this edition of Webinars for Busy Lawyers, Anna Rappaport will give you the tools to leverage feedback more effectively as a lawyer – in 32 minutes.

Feedback is uniquely valuable both to give and receive. This program will address how to both give and receive feedback in such a way as to enhance relationships and achieve excellence:

  • 7 key factors for giving effective feedback,
  • Examples from 3 of the most challenging subjects for feedback (personal habits, legal analysis, and attitude), and
  • Tips for creating a firm culture that encourages both collegiality and constructive feedback

The second half will address how to ask for feedback in a meaningful way from your colleagues, staff and clients. Anna will offer recommendations for setting the stage, specific questions to ask and frameworks for analyzing, and possibly implementing, the feedback.

About the Expert

Anna Rappaport, J.D., PCC, is the founder and principal of Excelleration Coaching. She is a former lawyer with 16 years experience coaching attorneys on leadership, teamwork, and business development.
